I Came Looking for Answers About My Symptoms. I Left Understanding My Body.
She did everything right and still felt unlike herself. What a bioresonance session showed after her blood tests came back normal.

Published with Genevieve’s permission. This story reflects one woman’s experience. Every body is different, and every health journey is unique.
Genevieve lives in Europe, and when we first meet on Zoom I notice her warmth, her intelligence, and that she has always taken good care of herself. She exercises, she eats well, she takes good-quality supplements, and she sleeps enough, or at least she tries to. From the outside you would probably think she is the picture of health.
Yet something does not feel right.
“I don’t recognise myself anymore,” she tells me. “I wake up tired. My energy isn’t what it used to be. My digestion has become unpredictable and some days my brain just doesn’t seem to work.”
“I suppose I just have to accept it”
She has been to her doctor and had blood tests. She has read books, listened to podcasts, changed her diet and tried different supplements. Each new thing helps a little, but never enough.
After a while she starts wondering whether this is simply what getting older feels like. “I suppose I just have to accept it,” she says.
I hear that sentence more often than I would like, and I do not believe it. Growing older is inevitable. Feeling older than you are is not.
As we begin talking, I notice something that has nothing to do with her symptoms at all. Every answer Genevieve gives starts with someone else.
What the session showed
During her Oberon session, a bioresonance reading, we go through the results together and start connecting dots she has never connected before.
Her sleep is not restoring her. Her nervous system has been living in a constant state of alertness. Her digestion is working harder than it should. And her body is spending so much energy simply coping that there is not enough left over for her to feel vibrant.
Suddenly her symptoms stop feeling random. They begin to make sense, because they were never separate problems in the first place. They were one pattern, showing up in several places.
The sentence I will never forget
She looks at me through the screen and says something that has stayed with me since.
“So my body isn’t failing me.”
“No,” I tell her. “It’s talking to you.”
For a moment she says nothing. Then she smiles. Not because every problem has disappeared, but because for the first time she can see the shape of what is happening, and she knows where to begin.
I came looking for answers about my symptoms. I left understanding my body.
Why I start with listening
This is why I never begin with a protocol. I begin with listening.
Because every symptom has a story, and every body has its own language. When you finally understand that language, everything starts to change: What to prioritise, what to let go of, and where your energy is quietly leaking away.
That is also why I measure rather than guess. A reading gives us the whole picture in one sitting, and it gives us something to compare against later, so we can see what your body did with the changes you made. It is the difference between hoping and knowing where to put your effort.
Common questions
I already eat well and exercise. What would a session add?
Usually the missing piece is not another habit but the order of things. When you are doing everything and still feel flat, it helps to see which system is under the most load right now, so your effort goes where it actually lands. Most women tell me the relief is in finally seeing it all in one place.
What does “my body is talking to me” actually mean?
That symptoms which look unrelated (broken sleep, unpredictable digestion, foggy afternoons) are often one pattern showing up in several places. Once you see the pattern, the individual complaints stop feeling random, and that alone takes a surprising weight off.
Can we do this if I live in another country?
Yes, and most of my clients do. Sessions run over Zoom from wherever you are, and you join from your own quiet space. You receive your report and screenshots afterwards, so everything we discuss stays with you.
