These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Oberon Referral Program operated by Lisa van Roode. By joining the program, you agree to comply fully with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not participate in the program.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible to join, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have personal experience with or a solid understanding of the Oberon system
- Submit an application and receive approval
- Commit to operating with honesty, integrity, and transparency
- We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our sole discretion.
2. Commission structure
Standard referral partners
- 10% commission on the first paid Oberon scan and treatment
- 5% commission on multi-scan package purchases
VIP referral partners
Once you have referred five paying clients, you will become a VIP Referral Partner and receive:
- 20% commission on first-time scan treatments
- 10% commission on package purchases
VIP status remains active as long as referrals continue. If no new referrals are made within 12 months, your account may revert to standard status.
3. Tracking and attribution
- Referrals must book using the referral link to qualify for commission.
- If a client is already in our system or has previously booked through another source, the referral will not be attributed to your account.
- Commissions are paid only for new clients making their first booking.
4. Payout terms
- Commissions are calculated monthly and paid within 30 days after confirmed payment from the referred client.

5. Code of Conduct
By participating in the program, you agree to:
- Share authentically based on personal or client experiences
- Avoid misleading language, aggressive marketing, or unsupported medical claims
- Not use discount codes, coupon offers, or incentives unless provided or approved by us
- Maintain and protect the reputation of the Oberon brand
Violations of these terms may result in termination of your participation and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
6. Use of materials
You are permitted to use approved graphics, testimonials, and promotional copy provided by us. Any custom content you create must align with the Oberon brand values and be accurate and respectful. All rights to the Oberon brand, tools and materials remain with Lisa van Roode.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time, including for inactivity, breach of these terms, or misuse of your referral link.
You may also choose to leave the program at any time by submitting a written request.
8. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the referral program. We do not guarantee any specific income or number of referrals.
9. Program changes
Terms and commission rates may be updated at any time. You will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the program implies acceptance of the revised terms.
