3. Booking and Payment

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

Confirmation

Successful payment, a confirmation email with session details will be sent to the client.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Client Cancellations:

  • To cancel or reschedule a session, clients must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Cancellations made within this notice period are eligible for a full refund or reschedule without additional charge.
  • Cancellations made with less than the required notice period may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee or may not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling Policy:

  • Clients who reschedule within the required notice period can rebook their appointment without penalty.
  • Rescheduling requests made with less than the required notice period may be subject to availability and additional fees.

Provider Cancellations:

In the event we need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the client as soon as possible and offer the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund.
