What Is a Bioresonance Scan?
What actually happens in a bioresonance scan, what it shows, and what you walk away with. Explained simply, by Lisa van Roode.

If you have found this page, there is a good chance you have heard someone mention the Oberon and you are wondering what it actually is. Perhaps a friend recommended it, maybe you have seen women talking about an Oberon scan online, or perhaps you have been searching for answers because you have been told everything looks normal and your body clearly disagrees. Wherever you are on that journey, welcome.
One of the things I hear most often is: “I have never done anything like this before.” My answer is always the same. That is absolutely fine, and I will guide you through every step.
Most of the women I work with have spent years trying to understand why they do not feel well. They have had blood tests, seen specialists, changed their diet, bought supplements and done everything they were told to do. And they are still tired, still bloated, still waking at 3 in the morning, still wondering why they do not feel like the woman they used to be. That is usually the point at which they book a session.
So what is an Oberon session?
An Oberon session is non-invasive biofeedback, and that word matters to me. Resonance only measures; feedback completes the loop with treatment. So in the same sitting, the Oberon reads how your body is responding and treats where support is needed most. You will most often see this field described online as bioresonance, or a bioresonance scan: What I do with the Oberon is biofeedback, and it sits under that wider umbrella.
Rather than looking at 1 symptom in isolation, we explore how the different systems in your body work together: Your nervous system, your digestion, your hormones, your stress levels, your energy production, your detoxification pathways and your microbiome. Your body is beautifully connected, and when 1 system struggles it often affects another.

So instead of asking “what symptom do we need to suppress?”, I ask a different question. Why is your body struggling in the first place?
That shift in thinking changes everything. If you are curious about the deeper mechanics, I walk through them in how an Oberon scan actually works, and for the midlife context there is the Oberon scan in perimenopause.
Who is it for?
Most of my clients are women over 45. They are intelligent, proactive, and they have usually spent years looking after everyone else before finally deciding it is their turn. Many of them tell me exactly the same sentence: “I know something isn’t right, but nobody can tell me why.”
The reasons women book vary, but they cluster: Ongoing fatigue, brain fog, poor sleep, digestive problems and bloating, hormonal changes, weight gain, a feeling of being overwhelmed, low energy, food sensitivities, or simply a sense that something has changed. Sometimes they have carried those symptoms for months. Often for years. If you would like to see how that looks in real life, their stories tell it better than I can.
Can we do this online?
Absolutely, and most of my clients live in other countries. Whether you are in the UK, Europe, Australia, the United States or anywhere else, we simply meet over Zoom.
Many women tell me they actually prefer having their session from home, because they are relaxed and comfortable and do not have to travel. All you need is a quiet space where you will not be disturbed, and a reliable internet connection.
What happens during the session
Your Radiant Reset Insight session lasts around 2 hours, and we begin by talking. I want to hear your story, not just your symptoms. How have you been sleeping, how is your energy, how is your digestion? What has life looked like over the past few years, and were there long stretches of stress?
These conversations matter, because your body does not separate emotional stress from physical stress. Neither do I.
Then we complete the assessment itself, and we go through the findings together while I explain everything in plain English. You leave already understanding what your report says, because we read it together. We look at the different systems, identify the areas that deserve attention, and talk through practical ways to support them. During the same session I also use frequency balancing to support your body where it appears to need it most.

For many women it is the first time they feel that someone has really listened and looked at the whole picture.
What we look at
Every session is different, because every woman is different. Depending on your situation we may explore nervous system balance and stress load, gut health and digestive function, hormonal balance, liver support, cellular energy production, inflammatory patterns, detoxification, food sensitivities, nutritional priorities, emotional stress patterns, and the general resilience of your body.

Rather than producing a long list of problems, my goal is to find where your body needs support first. That is usually where lasting change begins.
What you receive
After your session you receive your personalised report together with the screenshots from your assessment, plus practical recommendations you can start using straight away. Many clients tell me they come back to that report several times, because so many pieces finally make sense.
What happens next varies. Some women notice they sleep better that very night, others describe feeling calmer or lighter, and some simply feel relief because so many pieces finally fit. The words I hear most often at the end of a session are not “that machine is amazing.” They are: “Now I understand what has been happening.” That is the real value.
One session often gives a great deal of clarity. For women with more complex or long-standing challenges it can become the starting point of a longer journey through my Radiant Reset Programme, where we reassess your progress and support your body over 12 weeks. There is never any pressure, and we decide together what feels right for you.
Why I chose to work with the Oberon
After working with hundreds of women, I noticed something. Very few of them arrive with just 1 problem. Nobody says “Lisa, I only have poor sleep.” They tell me they cannot sleep, they are bloated, they are anxious, they have gained weight, they lose words mid-sentence, and the energy they used to rely on is gone. The question is not which symptom to address first. The question is why they all appeared together.
I wanted a way of looking beyond individual symptoms and seeing the bigger picture, and that is exactly why the Oberon became part of my Radiant Reset Method. It helps me ask better questions, it helps me connect patterns, and it helps you understand what has been contributing to the way you feel.
I have also been where many of my clients are now. I know what it is like to feel that something is not right while being told everything looks fine, and I know how frustrating it is to keep treating symptoms without understanding why they are there.
So the method is simple, and I hold to it in every session. We listen before we measure. We measure before we recommend. And the plan we build is based on your situation, because no 2 women are the same.
Is it accurate?
This is the question I hear most often, and it deserves a direct answer.
The reading covers around 400 areas of the body in a single sitting, and I never take 1 number in isolation. The assessment is read alongside your story: Your symptoms, your history, your sleep, the stress you have been carrying. I look for patterns, because health is rarely 1 single answer, and a pattern that shows up across several systems tells us far more than any individual reading could.
That is also why we go through the findings together, on screen, while you can ask questions. You see what I see. The technology gathers the picture; the interpretation is where experience comes in.

Rather than take my word for it, here is how 1 of my clients described it afterward:
I was quite skeptical when I had my first session with Lisa. I was very wrong. The scan did a thorough read of my brain, organs and bones, and I was able to see what areas were under stress and what I needed to work on.

Is this right for you?
When you are ready to understand your body on a deeper level, when you would like to feel like yourself again, and when you want someone to listen carefully and help you make sense of the bigger picture, an Oberon session can be the beginning of a very different conversation.
One of my clients recently said something I will never forget.
I came looking for answers about my symptoms. I left understanding my body.
Common questions
Is an Oberon session the same as bioresonance testing?
They live under the same umbrella, with 1 meaningful difference. Bioresonance testing is the phrase you will see online, and it describes the reading. What I do with the Oberon is biofeedback: The session reads how your body responds across many systems, and then treats where your body asks for support, in the same 2 hours. So if you searched for a bioresonance test, you are in the right place. You simply get more than a test.
How long does a session take, and can I do it from home?
Around 2 hours, and yes: Most of my clients join over Zoom from wherever they live. You need a quiet space and a decent internet connection, nothing more. Many women find they are more relaxed at home than they would be in an unfamiliar room.
What do I get afterward?
A personalised report with the screenshots from your assessment and practical recommendations you can start with straight away. We go through everything together during the session too, in plain English, so nothing lands in your inbox as a surprise.
How much does a session cost?
A single Radiant Reset Insight session is €297. That includes the full 2 hours, your personalised report with the screenshots from your assessment, and practical next steps. Many women start with 1 session and decide from there, and there is never any pressure to continue.
What if my results show something serious?
Then we talk about it, and I will encourage you to take it to your doctor. That conversation belongs with them, and I will help you walk in prepared. What I show you is what your body is signalling, so you can ask better questions.
