The wholistic health eBook.

Featured reader

A short reader on wholistic living.

The same opening notes I would give a new client who is ready to take their wellbeing seriously, in a quiet, no-nonsense way.

What you eat. How you move. What you put on your skin. How you sleep, how you breathe, how you let your nervous system rest. The eBook walks you through the first practical steps, in plain language, with no panic and no jargon.

What is inside

My approach, in a single word: wholistic.

One

Wholistic.

Body, nervous system, environment, relationships, all part of the picture, none of it discarded.

Two

Action-oriented.

Small, practical, do-it-tomorrow steps, not a thirty-page manifesto you have to study.

Three

No nonsense.

What works, what is supported by good science or quiet clinical observation, what your grandmother would have recognised.

Four

Unconventional.

Where bloodwork ends, the quieter listening begins. Bioresonance, breath, light, the things modern medicine rarely measures.

You will not find chemical junk in and around my house.

Detergent, nail polish, the dog shampoo, all toxin-free and natural. I keep an eighty-twenty rule for food because you can also wake me up at night for a slice of apple pie or a plate of sauerkraut. I am very physical: pilates reformer, kangaroo jumping, a good Thai massage every now and then.

This guide is the same approach, put on paper, in the order I would walk you through it.
